This dessert looks like you slaved for hours and really know what you are doing- but it is so easy you can fool everyone.
12 vanilla wafers
2- 8oz packages cream cheese
½ c sugar
1 t. vanilla
Line muffing pans with foil liners
Place one vanilla wafer in each liner.
Mix cream cheese vanilla, and sugar on medium speed until well-blended.
Add eggs. Mix well, Pour over wafers, filing 3/4 full.
Bake 25 minutes at 325 degrees
Remove from pan when cool.
Chill. Top with dollop of cherry pie filling and whipping cream.
